【摘要】 采用短程静态时域分析法及频域分析法检测了４６例糖尿病（ＤＭ）患者的心率变异性（ＨＲＶ）。时域分析表明ＤＭ患者ＨＲＶ减小；频域分析提示ＤＭ患者心脏自主神经系统失衡，交感神经张力相对增高，副交感神经活性相对降低；相关分析显示ＤＭ患者之糖化血红蛋白浓度和周围神经平均传导速度与其ＨＲＶ变化之间存在关联。更多还原

【Abstract】 A short-period time and frequency domain analysis at static state were employed in detecting the heart rate variability (HRV)of 46 patients with diabetes mellitus (DM)and 50 normal subjects as controls.The results indicated that HRV was significantly lower in DM patients than in controls.In DM patients,there was a disbalance in heart autonomic system,showing that the tension of sympathetic nerve was relatively increased while that of parasympathetic nerve comparatively decreased.The changes of HRV in DM patients definitely correlated with the concentration of glycosylated hemoglobin and the mean conduction velocity of peripheral nerves.更多还原
