炭纤维复合摩擦片的研制
RESEARCH OF CARBON FIBER REINFORCEDFRICTION MATERIALS
【摘要】 以丁腈胶粉改性的开环聚合酚醛树脂为基体,以炭纤维,铜纤维为增强体,配以硫酸钡,石墨等多种填料,采用干法工艺制成摩擦片。文中分析了丁腈胶粉对开环聚合酚醛树脂的改性效果,以及铜丝长短分布,炭纤维和炭纤维种类对摩擦性能的影响。结果表明,丁腈胶粉可提高基体的冲击强度,少量炭纤维的存在会明显降低磨损率;长短两种铜纤维可降低磨损率,还可提高摩擦系数的稳定性。
【Abstract】 Brake plates were prepared with the formulation of nitrile rubber powder modified phenolic resin via ringopening polymerization(PRROP) as binder,carbon fiber and copper fiber as reinforcements and barite and graphite as fillers by the use of dry mixed powders molding technique. The effect of addition of nitrile rubber powder on the modification of PRROP binder property,and the effects of copper fiber length,type of carbon fiber(i.e.,pitchbased and PAN) on the tribological properties of brake samples were investigated in this work. Results show the addition of nitrile rubber to PRROP can significantly increase the impact strength of brake sample. The presence of a few amount of chopped carbon fiber may greatly decrease the wear rate,and the coexistence of long and short copper fibers decreases the wear rate and increases the stability of friction coefficient of brake material.
