【Abstract】 It is Marxist viewpoint that science and technology are productivity, furthermore the first productivity. The value of science and technology should be incarnated by means of the achievement of science and technology and its application to social production. As the important position providing technical achievement, higher institutions must cooperate with enterprises and transfer technical achievement to realistic productivity. Technical achievement is the kernel of the cooperation of science and technology and its value will come true by technical transaction. Technical markets become the stage of technical transaction. Optimizing technical achievement, aiming at market requirement and developing the cooperation between universities and enterprises, that is the important channel by which technical achievement plays its enormous function.更多还原
