简易HG-FAAS法测定食品、饮料及矿泉水中的硒和砷

【摘要】 本文利用自制简易氢化物发生装置,将普通常压湿法消化后的食品、饮料及加标矿泉水试样进行常规火焰原子吸收光谱法分析。本法简便、快速,廉价且易于推广。对于上述试样的分析结果令人满意,加标回收率在85%~115%之间,相对标准偏差不超过6.0%。

【Abstract】 Se and As in food, drinking, and mineral water samples were determined by simple HG-AAS after the sample dissolving technology using nitric acid and perchloric acid. The method was simple, fast, cheap and easy to operate. The analytical results of these samples were satisfactory, the recoveries were between85%~115%and the RSD of the determination were less than 6. 0%.
