泥水平衡盾构穿越冻结加固区的施工技术
Construction Technology for Slurry Balance Shield Passing Through Freezing Zone
【摘要】 本文以上海延安东路隧道南线盾构进洞段工程施工为背景,论述了泥水平衡盾构穿越冻结加固区的施工技术。冻结加固技术的成功应用为质构进洞和顺利穿越超浅埋地下管线群奠定了基础,这一事实也充分证明了该方法在上海软土隧道施工中的可行性、科学性和有效性。
【Abstract】 Based upon the shield construction practice in the portal section of South Tube of Yanan Donglu Tunnel, this paper demonstrates the technology for slurry balance shield passing through freezing zone. The successful application of freezing technique provides a basis for shield smoothly excavating portal and passing beneath extreme shallow ?buried underground pipeline. This practice also proves its feasibility, correctness and effectiveness for the construction of soft soil tunnels in Shanghai.
