节点电压噪声法在超高频放大器噪声性能分析中的应用

【摘要】 介绍了采用节点电压噪声法分析超高频放大电路的噪声性能的基本理论，以及应用计算机辅助分析的主要步骤，从而说明这种方法简便实用。

【Abstract】 A joint-voltage noise analysing method is introduced in this article. Using this method, the analysis of the noise perfermance of the ultrahigh-frequency amplifier is not only easing to go on assisting analysis by computer, but also simply, conveniently and availably.
