【摘要】 研究了木霉和酵母菌分别在８种培养基中固态和液态情况下发酵后蛋白质变化的特点

【Abstract】 Having made a study of the Trichoderma and yeast after fermentation in some kinds of medium and solid and liquid states,the characteristics of changing proteins were discovered.
