电解法制备氧化亚铜粉末的研究
PRODUCTION OF COPPER (Ⅰ) OXIDE POWDER BY ELECTROLYSIS PROCESS
【摘要】 采用电解法制备船底防污涂料用氧化亚铜(Cu2O)粉末。研究了NaCl电解液组成及其浓度、温度,以及Na2CrO4添加剂浓度、阳极电流密度等因素对Cu2O产品质量的影响,确定了电解法制备Cu2O的最佳工艺条件,可制得Cu2O≥97%的产品。
【Abstract】 The copper (Ⅰ) oxide (Cu 2O) powder used for antifouling marine coatings has been prepared by electrolysis process. The influences of various factors,such as the composition,concentration and temperature of NaCl electrolyte, concentration of Na 2CrO 4 and the current density of anode,on the quality of Cu 2O product have been discussed. An optimum technological process was set up by the electrolysis,which may produce a Cu 2O product with its purity over 97%.
