翠菊组织培养一次成苗研究
Studies on Direct Plantlet Formation of Callistephus Chinensis by Tissue Culture
【摘要】 以翠菊(Callistephus chinensis)叶片为外植体,在 MS+6—BA0.5mg/L+IAA2.0mg/L的培养基上进行培养、结果发现,每叶片平均再生芽数4～6个,再生率达80%～85%.外源激素和光照是影响芽分化的关键因素.
【Abstract】 Using excised leaf disk of Callistephus chinensis as the explant,they were cultured on MS+6—BA0.5mg/L+IAA2.0mg/L.The experimental results indicated that regener- ation of leaf disk reached 80%—85% with an average of 4—6 shoots per leaf disk. Exgenous hormone and lux were important.
