【摘要】 摘要 本文根据师范生将来从师必须具备的基本素质的客观需要,论述了在师范学校开展微格教学对提高学生从师素质的意义,微格教学的涵意、具体步骤和方法。

【Abstract】 According to the objective demands for students’ elementary qualities in teachers’ colleges, thispaper expounds the significance of improving students’ qualities by microteaching, the implication ofmicroteaching, the practical steps and methods.
