【摘要】 对钻井泵泵阀故障识别进行了实验研究，提出了一种简单而实用的泵阀故障诊断方法。以位置传感器测量活塞死点所产生的信号为触发信号，可用计算机准确采集到钻井泵泵阀关闭时在阀箱上激起的瞬态响应信号。对该瞬态信号的时域和同步功率谱进行分析后，可较为准确地判别泵阀的工作状态。用该方法可检测出较为明显的故障信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 The fault diagnosis of valves in triplex drilling pump is experimentally studied, and a simple and practical method for judging fault of valves is presented. The external triggering transient response signals can be sampled during a valve shutting by the computer, and the sealing condition or fault of valves in triplex drilling pump can be easily identified. The time domain transient response and synchronous and average power spectrum are analyzed. This method is simple and practical for distincting the fault features.更多还原
