【摘要】 在体育统计学教材改革及辅助教学手段改进的基础上,对体育统计学题库管理系统所涉及的理论与研制步骤,进行了论述。

【Abstract】 On the basis of the reform in sports statistics teaching materials and the improvement of supplementary teaching means,the authors expound the related theories of the management system for examination questions base of sports statistics and the developing procedure of the system.
