【摘要】 为了解烧伤对肝功能的影响，对我院1994年至1996年收治的326例病人的谷丙转氨酶（GDT）、谷草转氨酶（GOT）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）、碱性磷酸酶（AKP）及γ一谷氨酸转肽酶（γ－GT）五种血清酶的变化进行统计分析。结果表明，烧伤病人酶素异常有144例，占44．12％。其中GPT、GOT、LDH异常与烧伤程度成正变关系。故临床上要注意监测血清酶的变化，积极采取保肝措施，以防肝损加重，从而促进创面早日愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 For investigating the effect of burn on liver function, 326 brun patients had theirserum enzymological changes examined including GPT,GOT, LDH, AKP and r -GT levels. 144out of the 326 patients had enzymological changes (44. 12 % ). Changes in GPT,GOT arid LDHlevels were proportional to the severity of burn. It is important to monitor serum enzyme levels ofburn patients,in order to take timely measures to protect liver function and promote wound healing.更多还原
