碳纤维复合聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯人工颅骨板生物相容性研究

【摘要】 碳纤维复合聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯人工颅骨板是一种新型的人体颅骨修复材料。为评价该人工颅骨板的安全性,为临床提供科学依据,我们在国家指定的实验室参照国外医用高分子材料生物学评价实验方法,对该材抖进行了有关生物相容性检测试验。其结果表明该人工颅骨板对机体无毒性,对组织、皮肤无刺激性,无热原、溶血,对皮肤无致敏性,无致突变性,植入皮肤及组织内反应轻微,因而是一种对机体无毒性和不良反应的较理想的生物医用材料,其性能已达到临床要求。

【Abstract】 The skullplate made of short carbon fiber and reinforced polymethyl methacrylate was a novel replacing material for human tissue, In order to evaluate the safety for patient and provide scientific evidence for clinical use, the histocompatibility study was studied in the national approved laboratory. Results: ( 1) its histocompatibility was satisfactory; ( 2 ) no toxicity and side-effects eg. thermo-genesis, hemolysis and hypotension; (3 ) no carcinogenicity and reactogenicity in tissues, skin and sclera. It was a kind of satisfactory replacement material for skull and fit for the standard in clinical use.
