人胎盘提取物对甲基磺酸乙酯致果蝇伴性隐性致死突变的抑制作用
INHIBITORY EFFECT OF HUMAN PLACENTAL EXTRACTS ON SEX LINKED RECESSIVE LETHAL EFFECT IN DROSOPHIA MELANOGASTER INDUCED BY ETHYL METHANE SULFONATE
【摘要】 以甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)为致突变的阳性对照物,观察了人胎盘提取物(HPE)对EMS致果蝇伴性隐性致死突变的抑制作用。结果表明,EMS的致死突变率为9.071%;EMS染毒后喂饲含10%、5%和2.5%HPE培养基的3组果蝇,其致死突变率分别为6.184%、6.720%和7.907%,与EMS阳性组比较,大、中二剂量组明显降低,P<0.05。喂饲HPE果蝇的精子、精细胞和精母细胞阶段的伴性隐性致死突变率分别为8.235%、6.649%和5.906%,均低于EMS阳性组中各细胞阶段的致死突变率,P<0.05。表明HPE可抑制EMS的致基因突变作用,且对不同阶段的生殖细胞有一定的保护作用。
【Abstract】 Anti mutagenesis of Human Placental Extracts(HPE)was studied by means of SLRL test in Drosophlia melanogaster with the Ethyl methane sulfonate(EMS)as the positive control.10%,5% and 2.5% HPE were fed from the beginning of EMS poisoning.The lethal rates were 6.184%,6.720% and 7.907% respectively,with the first two being significantly different from 9.07% of the EMS( P <0.05).The rates of every brood were 8.235 %,6.649% and 5.906% individually,decreased obviously against that of EMS control( P <0.05).It could be concluded from the result that HPE could inhibit the damage on genetic materials done by EMS and it had a protecting effect on every stage of germ cells sperm,spermblast and spermatocype.
