新型羧酸系高效减水剂合成研究
Synthesis of Carboxylic Series HighRange Water Reducing Agents
【摘要】 采用自由基聚合的方法,成功制备出一种新型羧酸系高效减水剂。通过对影响减水剂减水性能诸多因素的探讨,获得了合成减水剂的最佳条件。本文合成的减水剂应用于混凝土,在掺量低于2‰时,新拌混凝土减水率在15%以上,硬化混凝土抗压强度、抗折强度与空白混凝土比较基本不变。
【Abstract】 The carboxylic series highrange water reducing agents were synthesized by means of high molecular chemical reaction in the presence of a radical polymerization initiation.This paper studied copolymerization reaction condition and influence factors on properties of the highrange water reducing agents.The compressive strength and the flexural strength of concrete were determined.
