用喷蒸热压提高杨木刨花板尺寸稳定性的研究
STUDY ON IMPROVING THE STABILITY OF POPLAR PARTICLEBOARDS WITH STEAM INJECTI ON PRESSING
【摘要】 采用普通热压和喷蒸热压两种方法来生产杨木刨花板,刨花板的目标厚度取10mm,15mm,20mm,25mm,热压温度均为180℃喷蒸热压时饱和蒸气的压力为03~05MPa,每种厚度下喷汽时间一定,取两个热压时间;普通热压时每种厚度下各取4个热压时间。然后测定试件的吸水厚度膨胀率、吸水率、密度、含水率及力学性能,重点探索喷蒸热压对杨木刨花板尺寸稳定性的影响。结论为:喷蒸热压相对于普通热压,在保证刨花板的强度,缩短热压时间的条件下,改善了杨木刨花板的尺寸稳定性。
【Abstract】 Steam injection pressing and traditional hot pressing are used to produce particleboards of poplar. The object of this study is to improve the stability of particleboards of poplar. The thicknesses of particleboards are 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm and the pressing temperature is 180℃, When steam injection pressing, the pressure of saturated steam is 0.3~0.5MPa and at each thickness, the injection time is constant but there are two pressing times. When traditional hot pressing, there are four pressing times at each thickness. Then the thickness swelling, the water absorption, the density, the moisture content and the strength of the particleboards are measured. The results are: Compared with traditional pressing, steam injection pressing shortens the pressing time and improves the stability of particleboards.
