脉冲磁场对小麦生理效应的初步研究
STUDIES ON THE PHYSIOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF PULSED MAGNETIC FIELD TREATMENTS ON WHEAT
【摘要】 用600~1500GS的脉冲磁场(简称PMF)处理小麦种子10min,其萌发阶段的α—淀粉酶、过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶和抗坏血酸氧化酶、硝酸还原酶活性均高于对照组。小麦幼苗叶绿素含量、干物质重也高于对照组。试验表明,脉冲磁场有可能作为一种播前种子处理技术。
【Abstract】 Pulsed magnetic field(abbreviated as PMF)with the density of 600-1500GS was used to treat imbibited seeds of wheat for 10 minutes.In the experiments the activities of α-amylase,catalase,polypenol oxidase,ascorbic acid oxidase and nitrate reductase were promoted,the dry weight of roots,total dry weight and chlorophyll of seedlings were all greater than those of the check.It is concluded that treating wheat seeds with pulsed magnetic field is an effective technique in agriculture.
