【摘要】 分析了固定顶储油罐瞬时过压时的非线性动态特性，给出了改进储油罐设计可靠性的措施。

【Abstract】 The nonlinear kinetic behavior fixed roof oil tanks under instantaneous overpressure is analyzed, and some improved reliability measures of oil tanks design are given.
