纯天然速溶枸杞的研制

【摘要】 本研究以枸杞(LyciumchineseMil)子为主要原料添加优质白砂糖研制出一种新型的纯天然滋补饮品速溶枸杞。本研究解决了枸杞子的不良加工性能(极易吸潮性),为枸杞子的深加工及贮藏提供了一个较为理想的途径。研制成的产品不但具有原枸杞子的色香味,而且具有良好的滋补功效。产品质量完全符合国家对固体饮料质量的要求。

【Abstract】 The fruit of Chinese wolfberry and refined white sugar were used to manufacture the instant Chinese wolfberry powder, the quality of the product was also studied.The results showed that the colour and flavour of the product were same as those of the fiuit of Chinese wolfberry,Other qualities were also up to standard.Moreover,the production technique is reasonable.
