用荧光原位杂交技术检测性染色体异常

【摘要】 用性染色体探针分别对９例性染色体异常患者和１名性别不明患儿进行了荧光原位杂交．结果表明：２个病例的杂交结果与原诊断核型不符．性别不明患儿的核型为４６，ＸＹ．结合中期及间期杂交结果，对ＦＩＳＨ的应用价值进行了评估

【Abstract】 Nine sex chromosomal abnormal cases and one sex-unknown case were studied by Fluorescence in situ Hybridization. Among the nine cases. two are different from the former clinical detection results. The karyotype of the sex-unknown case is 46,XO. Combined with the interphase and metaphase results, the application valuation of FISH was discussed.
