铜锰高温脱硫剂的物性及脱硫性能(Ⅱ)

【摘要】 研究了Cu-Mn脱硫剂的还原、脱硫及再生性能。该脱硫剂在实际应用中无需进行还原过程,且不仅显示出较强的脱硫性能和较高的硫容量,而且在800℃的高温下仍能保持这些特性。在条件试验中确定了较好的再生条件:空气再生温度650℃,空速850h-1;N2再生温度750℃,空速1500h-1。通过十次硫化-再生循环试验,其脱硫性能无明显变化。

【Abstract】 A study on reduction ,sulfidation and regeneration of Cu-Mn-O based sorbents shows: Reduction step before desulfurization is not needed and the sorbent not only has excellent reactivity and high sulfur capacity but also remain these high quality in high temperature such as 800 ℃. Regeneration conditions are determined as follow: air oxidation at 650 ℃with space velocity of 850 h-1 and N2 purge at 750 ℃ with space velocity of 1 500 h-1 .The sorbent after ten-cycle experiments still has excellent reactivity and high sulfur capacity.
