【摘要】 目的研究睫状前动脉在眼外肌手术中的意义。方法采用显微解剖方法对３０侧成人睫状前动脉进行观察和测量。结果上、下、内、外睫状前动脉多为２条，各占４６．６７％，６０．００％，５６．６７％，７０．００％。上、下、内、外睫状前动脉起点至角膜缘的距离分别为１３．０２±２．５４ｍｍ，１０．３６±１．４５ｍｍ，１０．６２±２．４２ｍｍ，１３．３２±３．０８ｍｍ。在巩膜表面，睫状前动脉的侧支间存在吻合。睫状前动脉干有静脉与之伴行，静脉条数多于动脉条数。巩膜表面静脉小属支间亦存在吻合。结论眼外肌手术应注意保护睫状前动脉，该动脉受损伤可致眼前节缺血更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to study significance of the anterior ciliary artery in operation of ophthalmic rectus muscles.Method Using microanatomic method, the anterior ciliary arteries were observed on 30 sides of adult eyes.Result The superior,inferior,medial and lateral anterior ciliary arteries were generally in two branches(46.67%,60.00%,56.67%,70.00% respectively), and their lengths were 13.02±2.54mm,10.36±1.45mm,10.62±2.42mm and 13.32±3.08mm respectively.The anterior ciliary artery anastomosed with its collateral branches in theepisclera, so did the anterior ciliary vein.The anterior ciliary artery was companied by the anterior ciliary veins,and the number of arteries was more than that of veins.Conclusion The anterior ciliary artery must be protected within operation, otherwise,the anterior segment ischemia would take place.更多还原
