【摘要】 探讨吸入物变应原过筛试验（Ｐｈａｄｉａｔｏｐ）和总ＩｇＥ（ＴＩｇＥ）检测对变应性鼻炎诊断的意义。应用ＣＡＰ（帽式）Ｓｙｓｔｅｍ检测鼻炎患者的吸入物变应原过筛试验（Ｐｈａｄｉａｔｏｐ）和总ＩｇＥ（ＴＩｇＥ）。对５８例变应性鼻炎及２２例非变应性鼻炎均进行Ｐｈａｄｉａｔｏｐ、ＴＩｇＥ检测。Ｐｈａｄｉａｔｏｐ的灵敏度（０．９０），特异性（０．９５），准确度（０．９２）均高于ＴＩｇＥ。结果表明Ｐｈａｄｉａｔｏｐ是变应性鼻炎灵敏、特异、准确的过筛试验更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the significance of Phadiatop and total IgE in diagnosis of allergic rhinitis, Phadiatop and total IgE in the serum of patients with rhinitis were measured by CAP System. Phadiatop. total IgE were measured in 58 patients with allergic rhinitis and 22 patients with non allergic rhinitis. The results showed that the sensitivity(0 90),specificity(0 95),efficiency(0 92)of Phadiatop were higher than toatl IgE. Phadiatop is a very good screening test for allergic rhinitis.更多还原
