【摘要】 目的：评价ＣＴ对鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的价值。材料与方法：对８９例经临床诊断为鼻腔及鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的患者均行横断及冠状位鼻窦ＣＴ扫描。结果：本组病例ＣＴ扫描均可见鼻腔、鼻窦内占位病变，经组织学证实为内翻性乳头状瘤。结论：ＣＴ扫描检查对准确估计病变程度、范围、预测预后及确定手术方案有肯定价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To appraise the value of CT in diagnosis of inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and nasal sinuses.Materials and Methods:89 cases with inverted papilloma confirmed surgicopathologically were reviewed and all were performed with axial and coronal CT sections.Results:The tumors showed multiple soft tissue masses with homogeneous density. After injection of contrast media, the tumors were heterogeneous enhancement. The tumors may result in bony involvement including bony deformity and reactive proliferation change as well as sclerosis of sinus walls. There was calcification within the tumor in some cases.Conclusion: CT could accurately display location, extent and degree of the lesion. CT could also provide guidance for surgery and was indispensable for draw up the plan of surgical therapy.更多还原
