【Abstract】 The OEM business mode in the global computer industry has prevailed for a long time and become a distinct feature of the Asian computer industry.This paper analyzes why the OEM mode exists and explores successful OEM practices in the computer industry.Based on the developmental trends of the computer industry,four steps,that is,evaluating,accumulating,balancing,and upgrading resources are summed up and supposed to be conducive to Asian companies doing OEM business.更多还原
