浅析转子裂纹形成和发展的机理及其预防

【摘要】 对汽轮发电机组转子裂纹形成和发展的机理进行了讨论、分析。认为转子开裂最重要的机理包括高周疲劳、低周疲劳、蠕变和应力腐蚀等,此外环境状态也起着关键作用。并简要阐述了裂纹轴的一些基本特征,讨论了易产生裂纹的轴及其设计的一些特点。

【Abstract】 This paper has analysed and studied cause,fundamental characteristics and development of rotors crack in a turbo-unit,and come to the conclusion:the primary cause of rotors crack is the high-or low-frequency fatigue,the wriggling and the cyclic stress etc.In addition the environment state also plays an important part.
