【摘要】 应用多聚酶链反应对113例慢性前列腺炎患者行淋菌、沙眼衣原体和解脲支原体检测。结果:阳性病人87例,其中淋菌36例。病人涂片找奈瑟双球菌仅9例,PCR 法阳性率明显高于传统方法。认为对慢性前列腺炎患者应考虑淋菌、沙眼衣原体、解脲支原体感染或混合感染的可能,针对病因治疗以提高治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)test detection of chlamydia trachomatis,gonococcus and urethal urcaplasma in 113 cases with chronic prostatitis was carried out.87 specimens were PCR positive,in which 36 cases were gonococcus positive while 9 cases were positive in gram stain of EPS.The PCR positive rate was higher than conventional culture method.It was concluded that the existance of chlamydia trachomatis,gonococcus and urethal urcaplas- ma might take part in the occurance of chronic prostatitis.更多还原
