等离子表面淬火过程的简化算法和淬硬相变温度计算
Simplified Algorithm and Quenchhardening Phase Transformation Temperature Calculation for Plasma Surface Quench
【摘要】 给出了用热源法对金属材料等离子表面淬火过程的简化算法。根据此算法可以得出工件表面和内部任意部位的温度分布图像,计算金属的淬硬相变温度,预测等离子束淬火的最大硬化深度,并据此优化处理参数。通过对45钢的淬火硬化试验,验证了所得结果与算法计算的一致。
【Abstract】 A simplified algorithm for plasma surface quench of metals using heat source is given in this paperAccording to the algorithm temperature distribution on the surface and inside the workpiece can be obtainedMoreover the algorithm can also be used to calculate the quenchhardening phase temperature and to predict the maximum phase transformation depth resulting from the plasma surface treatmentGood agreement is demonstrated with experimental results for plasma quench hardening of 45 steel
