【摘要】 本文基于Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ９５平台并采用中断方式进行联机通讯、实时采集数据，利用ＶｉｓｕａｌＣ＋＋设计通讯程序，给出了程序流程、部分源程序、应用实例和结果。

【Abstract】 This paper realizes real-time communication between computer and outer device by interrupting style based on Windows95. As an example ,this paper designs communication program with Visual c ++ develop studio and the program flow diagram, part source programs and an application instance are showed ,and the results are analyzed detailed at the end.
