热处理对FeMnSiCrNiCo合金形状记忆效应的影响

【摘要】 研究了退火、淬火和训练处理对FeMnSiCrNiCo合金形状记忆效应的影响,发现热锻样品退火处理后再进行高温淬火可提高合金形状记忆效应,增高淬火速度、训练处理是提高合金形状记忆效应的有效方法,经退火、淬火和训练处理后,合金的形状记忆效应达到80%。

【Abstract】 Systematic studies of the influence of annealing,quenching and thermomechanical(training)treatment on shape memory effect(SME)of FeMnSiCrNiCo shape memory alloy have been madeSME was raised by high temperature quenching treatment,after the alloy was annealedIt was proved tha tincreasing cooling rate and training treatment were two effective ways of raising SME of alloyWhen the alloy was annealed,quenched and training treated,SME was reached 80%
