热处理对FeMnSiCrNiCo合金形状记忆效应的影响
Effect of Heat-treatment on Shape Memory Effect of FeMnSiCrNiCo Alloy
【摘要】 研究了退火、淬火和训练处理对FeMnSiCrNiCo合金形状记忆效应的影响,发现热锻样品退火处理后再进行高温淬火可提高合金形状记忆效应,增高淬火速度、训练处理是提高合金形状记忆效应的有效方法,经退火、淬火和训练处理后,合金的形状记忆效应达到80%。
【Abstract】 Systematic studies of the influence of annealing,quenching and thermomechanical(training)treatment on shape memory effect(SME)of FeMnSiCrNiCo shape memory alloy have been madeSME was raised by high temperature quenching treatment,after the alloy was annealedIt was proved tha tincreasing cooling rate and training treatment were two effective ways of raising SME of alloyWhen the alloy was annealed,quenched and training treated,SME was reached 80%
