常压等离子束扫描16Mn表面合金化及淬火研究
Study on Surface Alloying and Quenching of 16Mnby Ordinary Pressure Plasma Jet Scanning
【摘要】 用高能等离子束在常压下快速扫描涂敷合金粉末的16Mn钢表面,实现了表面合金化及自激冷淬火。透射电镜分析表明:合金化层组织细小,并产生了FeB、Fe3B、Fe3(Si,B)等合金相。16Mn钢经上述复合处理后表层硬度可达595HV005(56HRC)。
【Abstract】 The surface alloying and quenching for 16Mn steel were simultaneously taken place through plasma jet rapid scanning on the surface coating at ordinary pressure. TEM observation showed that the microscopic structure was obviously fined and the new phases such as FeB, Fe3(Si,B), Fe3SiB2, Fe3C and Fe3B were generated. The microhardness of alloying layer reached at 595HV005 (56HRC).
