柞蚕虫茶营养成分的分析

【摘要】 测定了柞蚕虫茶的主要营养成分，矿物质占６３．２％，特别是人体必需的微量元素Ｆｅ、Ｚｎ的含量分别为５．４４ｍｇ／ｇ和１．５５ｍｇ／ｇ，均高于目前含铁量、含锌量最高食品中的含量．表明柞蚕虫茶具有特殊的补铁补锌的功能；测出柞蚕虫茶含有１７种氨基酸，其中人体必需氨基酸７种．

【Abstract】 Detected the main nourishment composition of tussah dung,the content of trace element Fe and Zn are 544mg/100g,155mg/100g.The special function of tussah dung enrich Fe and Zn.17 aminoacid were detected in tussah dung,in which 7 aminoacid are necessary for human body.
