【摘要】 应用免疫组织化学技术（ＳＰ法），检测ＣｙｃｌｉｎＤ１基因在３６例子宫内膜癌中的表达。ＣｙｃｌｉｎＤ１在子宫内膜癌过表达阳性率为４１６７％（１５／３６），其表达与子宫内膜癌的临床分期，细胞分级、转移及患者预后有关（Ｐ＜００５）。结果提示，测定子宫内膜癌ＣｙｃｌｉｎＤ１蛋白有助于确定患者的临床分期，组织分化程度，判断肿瘤转移及估计患者的预后更多还原

【Abstract】 To study on the clinical significance of CyclinD1 expression in endometrial carcinoma,36 cases of endometrial carcinoma were studied by immunohistochemical technique.The results showed that the positive rate of CyclinD1 overexpression in the endometrial carcinoma specimens was 41.67%(15/36),while expressions of CyclinD1 were not observed in the normal endometrium.The expression of CyclinD1 gene was significantly associated with clinical stage,pathological grade,metastasis and patients’ prognosis ( P <0.05).更多还原
