【摘要】 报道贲门癌并脾脏、部分胰腺(CCSP)切除50例,根治切除率为90％。作者提出当贲门癌向胃小弯侧后壁浸润、累及胰腺时主张采用CCSP切除术式,这样可提高手术根治切除率。本组术后并发症发生率24％(12/50),并发症死亡率50％(6/12)。该文结合文献对术后并发症及其发生原因、预防措施进行了讨论,并提出脾切后脾窝内置管引流能使膈下感染等并发症减少。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper reported 50 cases for excision of cardiac carcinoma with spleen and part of pancreas (CCSP) . Among them 36 cases were male and 14 cases were female. The rate of excision of radical cure was 90% . The author put forwad that the method of excisison for CCSP should be taken when small curve of stomach was infiltrated and pancreas was involved. The incidence of complications was 24% (12/50) . The mortality of compliceations was 50% (6/12). The paper discussed occurring reasons, prevntie measures of postoperative complication combining with literatures and advanced that drainage by inserting pipe into hest of spleen after splenectomia can descrease complications of subphrenic infection and so on.更多还原
