【摘要】 目的：总结超声乳化白内障吸出PMMA人工晶体植入术的疗效，并探讨手术技巧及并发症。方法：对61例（84眼）白内障行超声乳化并植入PMMA人工晶体。结果：术后一周内视力在1.0以上者12眼（14％），0．4至0．9者61眼（73％）；一个月后视力在1．0以上者37眼（44％），0．4至0．9者42眼（50％）。术中主要并发症为后囊破裂，虹膜损伤，术后并发症为角膜水肿。结论：超声乳化白内障吸出PMMA人工晶体植入术切口小，术后散先小、视力提高明显，强调手术技巧的提高可避免或减少术中术后并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study the results of cataract extraction by phacoemulsication with PMMA IOL implantation, and to discuss the surgical skill and complications. METHOD: 61 cases (84eyes) with cataract extracted by phacoemulsication and PMMA IOL implantation. RESULT:postoperation visual acuity: more than 1. 0 was 12 eyes (14%) 0. 4-0. 9 was 61 eyes (73% ) in one week,and more than 1. 0 was 37 eyes (44%),0. 4-0. 9 was 42 eyes (50%) after one month. The rupture of posterior capsule and iris injure were main interaoperation complications,postoperation were comeal opacity. CONCLUSION: This operation’s incision and astigmatism were small. visual rehabilitated rapidly.
