【摘要】 本文给出了盲数可信度的概念，并利用此概念建立了BM模型，结合案例说明了其应用方法．

【Abstract】 This paper gives the concept of blind nubmer’s credible degree, and sets up the BMmodel based on this concept, further states its uses with examples.
