【Abstract】 Superovulation treatments with different level PMSG and HCG on golden hamster were experimented.The result showed that injecting hamster with PMSG(25 IU) and HCG(25 IU)on 1st and 4th day of estrous cycle respectively and then superovulated female hamsters were operated after HCG injection for 16 h in order to flush and collect ova .The ovulation rate of this level was 58.29±9.03( n=19 ),which was 4.23～22.27 ova more than those of the other levels.更多还原
