基因重组干扰素γ体外对骨髓增生异常综合征患者治疗作用的研究

【摘要】 目的方法:用基因重组干扰素γ(IFN-γ)体外对41例骨髓增生异常综合征(MIDS)患者造血祖细胞的作用进行了观察,结果结论:①IFN-γ体外对正常对照组患者的CFU-E和CFU-GM无明显促增殖作用。而对MDS患者CFU-E和CFU-GM有明显促增殖作用。其作用为剂量依赖型,在1~U/ml时作用最小,100~U/ml时作用最强;②IFN-γ对MDS原CFU-E和CFU-GM增殖正常组加入IFN-γ后集落数增加最明显,而对增殖明显减低组集落效无明显增加;③IFN-γ对MDS不同FAB亚型患者CFU-E和CFU-GM作用不同,其中对RAEB-T型患者有效率较高。

【Abstract】 Hematopoietic progenitor cells from 41 patients with myelodysplatic syndrome (MDS)were cultured with gene recombinant interferon γ (IFN-γ) in vitro. The results were follows:(1) In MDS group, IFN-γ promoted obviously proliferation of CFU-E and CFU-GM growth, and in nonnal control group, it had no response. This action was despendent on the dosage. Predominant effect was the doses of 100U/ml, the smallest was 1U/ml.(2)The clonal number increased obviously is the MDS group with nonnal CFU-E or CFU-GM. In the MDS group with proliferation decreased, the clonal number is no vary. CD The action of IFN-γ is different and depents on the types of MDS, the growth rate is better in patients with RAEB-T.
