金属有机物热分解法合成的PZT纳米晶粉末的表征
CHARACTERIZATION OF PZT NANOCRYSTALLINE POWDER SYNTHESIZED BY METALLO_ORGANIC DECOMPOSITION
【摘要】 以醋酸铅、庚酸氧锆和钛酸丁酯为原料,采用金属有机物热分解法成功地制备了PZT纳米晶粉末,并通过XRD,FTIR,DTA,TG,Raman,TEM等方法对纳米粉末的结构进行了表征.粉末粒径为20—40nm,大小均匀,颗粒呈球形,且分散性好.研究结果显示,金属有机物热分解法是制备PZT或其它纳米粉末的一种很有前途的方法.
【Abstract】 PZT nanocrystalline powder was successfully prepared by metallo_organic decomposition(MOD) method, using lead acetate trihydrate, zirconyl heptanoate and tetra- n -butyl titanate as raw materials. The structure of the nanocrystalline powder was characterized by XRD, FTIR, DTA, TG, Raman and TEM. The results show that grains of the PZT nanocrystalline powder are spherical and non_aggregated. The grain size is between 20 nm and 40 nm. It is confirmed that MOD is a promising technique for preparing PZT or other related nano_powders.
