【摘要】 本文评述了电沉积功能陶瓷技术的原理，以及该技术在制备超导陶瓷、生物活性陶瓷和铁电陶瓷等方面的应用，讨论了电沉积过程中一些主要实验条件对陶瓷镀层性能的影响。

【Abstract】 The paper reviews the theory of the electrodeposited technique for functional ceramic coating,and the applications of the technique in preparing functional ceramic coating such as superconducting ceramic, bioactive ceramic, ferroelectric ceramic, etc. The influences of some main experimental variables in the electrodeposited process on properties of functional ceramic coating are discussed as well.
