【摘要】 PL ZT电光材料 (陶瓷和薄膜 )具有很好的透明性和大的电光效应 ,可广泛应用于光电子学、集成光学等领域。本文综述了透明 PLZT电光陶瓷、薄膜的制备工艺及应用 ,分析了其研究现状 ,简要论述了其发展趋势。

【Abstract】 PLZT materials (ceramics and thin films) exhibit excellent transparency and strong electrooptic effects,can be extensively used in optoelectronic,intergrated optic and other fields.It was reported that the fabrication and applications of electrooptic PLZT ceramics and thin films in this paper.The present research situation was analyzed,the developing trend was also discussed.
