肝部分切除术后血管增生的形态计量学与计算机三维重组研究

【摘要】 应用形态计量学与计算机三维重组技术观察了小鼠肝叶部分切除术后3天至5周的血管增生。结果显示,术后3天,肝叶的中央静脉与小叶间血管的密度增高,二者间距缩短,中央静脉的分枝百分率显著增高。随时间推移,这些参数向正常方向变化。用计算机三维重组清晰观察到中央静脉的分枝构象。由此推测,以中央静脉的分枝为中心可形成新的肝小叶,这实际上是重复了胚胎期间肝小叶增殖的方式。

【Abstract】 The angiogenesis from 3-to day 5-week after partial hepatectomy in mice was studied by morphometry and 3-D reconstruction. Three days after hepatectomy, the densities of both central vein and interlobular blood vessels increased prominently in the operated liver lobes, the distance between the two kinds of vessels shortened, the percentage of tamification of central vein increased. All these parameters changed towards normal by time. The ramification of central vein was clearly observed by 3-D reconstruction. The results imply that the new liver lobules would form centering the brandies of central veins, folowing actually the fashion by which the liver lobules proliferate during fetal time.
