锗(Ⅳ)-没食子酸-钒(Ⅴ)-EDTA体系极谱吸附催化波的研究

【摘要】 在pH2.6的一氯乙酸盐缓冲溶液中,锗(Ⅳ)-没食子酸-钒(Ⅴ)-EDTA体系产生一灵敏的吸附平行催化波,峰电位在-0.64V(vs.SCE)左右。二次导数波波高与锗浓度在1.4×10-9~5.6×10-6mol/L范围内分段呈线性关系。检测限为8.0×10-10mol/L。研究了电极过程机理,并用本法测定了矿泉水中的痕量锗,结果满意。

【Abstract】 A Sensitive polarographic adsorptive catalytic wave of Ge(Ⅳ) GA complex was obtained by using single sweep polarography in 0.1mol/L Chloroactate buffer solution (pH2.6) containing 2.0×10 -3 mol/L Ga,3.0×10 -3 mol/L EDTA and 6.0×10 -4 mol/L NH 4VO 3.The peak potential is -0.64V( vs .SCE).The peak height is proportional to the concentration of Ge(Ⅳ) over the range of 1.4×10 -9 mol/L 5.6×10 -6 mol/L.The limit of detection for Ge(Ⅳ) is as low as 8×10 -10 mol/L.The mechanism of the electrode reaction has been studied and it has been found that the electrode process of the adsorptive catalytic wave may be presented as follows: [Ge(H 2L) 2] ads +4e+4H +=Ge V(Ⅴ) EDTA(0)+2H 4L ads where H 4L is GA.The method has been applied to the determination of Ge(Ⅳ) in mineral spring water with satisfactory results.
