【摘要】 介绍了一种能直接从干涉图上鉴别出移相的实际大小，而不需先进行校准的新的相位测量方法，并对该算法进行了计算机仿真试验。

【Abstract】 An important problem in phase-shifting interferometry is to get rid of the phase-shift error in order to enhance the measurement accuracy. In this paper, a new method that can be used to calculate the real phase-shift from the interference pattern is proposed and emulated.
