150型安全液压钻机的可靠性研究

【摘要】 论述了现有的几种１５０型安全液压钻机的总体结构、液压系统和钻具等方面存在的可靠性问题，提出了提高钻机可靠性的优化设计途径，并在实验室和煤矿对提高可靠性的新型钻机进行了测试和验证。

【Abstract】 Abstract The paper deals with the problems of reliability existing in whole configuration,hydraulic system and drilling tools of several kinds of type 150 hydraulic drilling machines,proposes the way in optimum design to raise the reliability of the drilling machines.The new type with higher reliability has been tested and verified in laboratory and in coal mine.
