CT测量甲状腺含碘量的研究与碘缺乏病的监测

【摘要】 为了探讨监测IDD的新方法,作者测量了335例正常人的甲状腺组织CT值,与尿碘作对照分析。结果显示(1)甲状腺内碘浓度与尿碘呈正相关,反映碘的摄入量及体内碘的总储存量,正常人甲状腺内碘浓度在0.32mg/ml以上。(2)可用经验公式:碘浓度=(CT值-60)/25(mg/ml)计算甲状腺内碘浓度。可见利用CT机对门诊病人附带观察甲状腺内碘含量,简便易行,比其它方法能更准确测定体内碘水平,可作为IDD的监测方法,节省大量人力财力。

【Abstract】 Purpose: to measure contents of iodine of the thyroid tissue of normal person by CT so as to explore the new measure method of IDD. Materials and methods: measuring the CT values of the thyroid tissue in 335 cases of healthy person and comparing with the iodine contents of the urine. Results: (1) It shows positive correlation between iodine contents of thyroid and urine’s, iodine contents of thyroid reflects the amount in absorbing iodine and all storage of iodine in the body. The iodine contents is above 0.32%mg/ml in a healthy person. (2) The iodine contents can be calculated by the following formula; Iodine contents = (CT value - 60)/25(mg/ml) . Conculsion; It is easier and more accurate than others in measuring the outpatients by CT. It uses manpower and material resources sparingly and can be a new method to measure iodine content of IDD.
