免放、酶联、荧光三种方法对同批新生儿脐血滤纸TSH测定对比分析

【摘要】 笔者用免疫放射(IRMA)、酶联免疫(ELISA)、荧光免疫(IFMA)三种方法测定了116例新生儿脐带血片TSH值,结果显示IRMA法明显高于ELISA和IFMA法,后两种方法结果基本一致。三种方法之间都呈现较好的相关关系。它们用于新生儿先天性甲低筛查或评估考核碘缺乏流行程度,需要选用不同的临界值做为诊断标准。

【Abstract】 We used IRMA, ELISA, IFMA to detect TSH in cord blood of 116 newborns. Three methods showed quite good correlation. Though the results of latter two methods were consistent with each other on the whole, IRMA yielded significant higher ratio. When they are used to screen hypothyroidism among newborns, different critical value should be taken as diagnostic standard.
