引进型切向燃烧煤粉炉残余旋转的试验研究
Experimental Studies of Residual Swirl in Tangentially Fired Furnace
【摘要】 在冷态模型试验台上对炉膛上部及水平烟道入口进行了详细测量,研究了炉膛中旋流强度随高度方向的衰减、炉膛上部屏区及水平烟道入口区域的流场分布,分析了热偏差的成因,得到了烟气在上部炉膛中的流动规律,为解决热偏差问题提供了有价值的资料。图4表1参3
【Abstract】 Abstract The authors of this paper have carefully measured the velocity fields in the platen zone and at the entry of horizontal gas pass on an isothermal model,and studied the decay of the swirl intensity along the vertical direction.This paper has analyzed the causes of heat imbalance on the above basis,obtained further more the principles of gas flow in the upper furnace,and provided also the basis to depress the heat imbalance.
