非对称齿齿轮泵非对称齿轮电化学机加工机床设计

【摘要】 对泵用齿轮淬火后精密加工工艺进行研究，并提出用电化学机加工工艺来加工泵用少齿数大模粒齿轮特别是非对称齿轮，并对该机床的改装、设计进行了分析研究．

【Abstract】 The precise machining technology for machining quenched gear proFile is studied, this technology is put forward to machine the little-teeth number and big-modulus gear, especially to the asymmetric profile gear, and the rivision and design of the machine tool is dealt with.
